Wow, having Monday off for Labor Day is really making this week fly by. That's a good thing as far as the weekend goes, but not so much if you work for yourself and were already a little behind at work. I really need to clone myself.
Anyway, today is September 10 which means we're already a third of the way into the month. How did that happen?
Since we're solidly into the month, I feel like it's appropriate to talk all things autumn. I usually start out by thinking of food. Fall is the kickoff to comfort food season, and did you see the sangria I shared during yesterday's Wino Wednesday party? Perfect for fall.
This year, I'm trying to do a little more to decorate our home for seasonal changes. I started with making a wreath for our front door over the weekend, which I'm going to share with you again since I'm so proud of it.
The wreath was originally inspired by this wreath, but I went another direction when I go to Hobby Lobby and started hunting floral pieces.

Here are a few other autumn themed decor projects that I've been admiring:
DIY Harvest Sign from The Turquoise Home
Twig Monogram from The Happy Housie
Fall Welcome Wreath from Julie is Coco and Cocoa
Gourd and Pinecone Lanterns from Jenna Berger Design
How do you decorate for fall? Are there any autumn decor projects you're itching to try?
