First let's look at a comparison of the five foundation stretches, which I'm completing everyday.

In some of these, I don't think the progress is as visible as what I'm feeling...such as being able to rest my head on my knee for more time in stretches 2 and 3. It's amazing what 10 minutes each day will do.
In addition to these five every day, here are the additional poses.

With a few of these, I was really surprised that I was able to hold the stretch for a full minute; Day 14, for example, was no joke. I can feel my abs getting stronger.
