Days 1 - 5 Foundation StretchesThe first five stretches are the foundation stretches; we do each of these everyday. And then beginning on day 6, you do the foundation stretches plus that day's pose.
Day 6 - Modified Split
I was pleasantly surprised at the progress from Day 28 of #TheStretchProject (see bottom of the photo). Just a week of consistent stretching for 10 minutes every day has made a noticeable difference.
