Before we get into today's progress report, let's all wish the Mister a happy fortieth birthday. The year we started dating, he turned 30...I can't believe we've celebrated a decade of birthdays together so far!
So let's take a week at last week's poses. There were some tough ones.
Day 15 - Bow Pose
Day 16 - Reverse Plank
Day 17 - Triangle
Day 18 - One Handed Tiger
Day 19 - Camel Pose
Day 20 - Splits
Day 21 - Single Leg Shoulder Stand
Week 3 Realizations:
1. My shoulders are a lot tighter than I thought, so any thing where I'm reaching behind is hard. I'll have to work on that.
2. The camera timer and I don't get along.
3. My splits are non-existent.
