I mentioned in my June goals post last week that I wanted to complete The Stretch Project, and I'm thinking a little blogging accountability will keep me on track.
So I'm sharing the first week's progress, and since the Mister is participating along with me, I'm sharing his photos, too..
Day 1 - Plank
Day 2 - Cobra
Day 3 - Downward Dog
Day 4 - Child Pose
Day 5 - Boat
Day 6 - Hamstring Stretch
Day 7 - Single Leg Stretch
What's I've learned so far:
1. I'm a lot more capable than I give myself credit for.
2. The first rule of jujitsu, "Whatever you do, don't hold your breath," totally applies to stretching as well.
3. My husband is seriously attractive =)
