Good morning, lovelies!

Confession is good for the soul, so grab the button and let it all out. You'll feel better when you're finished.

I confess...

This is going to be a marathon weekend. We have a Christmas party tonight, birthday party tomorrow and the church Christmas pageant as well as a craft festival to head to on Sunday. Meanwhile, all I want to do is sit on the couch with wine, crochet and the television; maybe on Sunday evening...

I confess...

Sunday is Sweet Baby A's first birthday. It seems like we were just at the hospital welcoming him to the world. I can't believe it's been a year already.

I confess...

I know I've been whining about work a lot on the blog lately. It's been somewhat all consuming. Obamacare is making my hair turn gray. Thank goodness it's Friday.

I confess...

The Mister texted me this picture the other day while I was at my breakfast meeting, and it just made my day. It's nice that somepup is always happy for me to get home.

I confess...

I have no idea what to ask for for Christmas. All the things I need are way too expensive (cabinets for our kitchen remodel) or too subject (new slacks for my work wardrobe) to ask for someone else to shop for me. Is this a sign that I've become an adult or am I just plain difficult?

Want to play along? Grab the button and link your Friday Confessional below. Please comment after linking.

If it helps, as an unemployed, chronically ill, terminally broke girl, Obamacare is giving me grey hair, too. ;)
The parties should help, assuming you can enjoy buttered rum, or wine, or just a lot of laughter at them.

And I think you're approaching Christmas from a too-practical standpoint. Ask for something frivolous and ridiculous- being an employed adult with fun-money means you can buy whatever you NEED, so ask for something you'd enjoy but never justify buying for yourself because it's just silly. :)
(or a service, like a massage or facial or mani-pedi).

I think a lot of laughter is exactly what the doctor ordered. Wine doesn't help.

Sorry you are having a rough time with the wonderful Obamacare! I hope you enjoy your parties, you need a little break!

LOVE the pup picture!
