Good morning, lovelies!

Confession is good for the soul, so grab the button and let it all out. You'll feel better when you're finished.

I confess...

I know we're always glad for Friday, but I sure am thankful for it this week. We've had a few things going on after workdays this week, and Wednesday was my day to talk in my professional group, so I'm pretty worn out.

I confess...

I'd love to spend the weekend taking it easy, but I'm pretty sure I'll be finishing up certifications at work. Boo!

I confess...

Last night, there was an apartment fire right outside my neighborhood and two blocks from my office, which was terrifying. There are at least eight families displaced and one person passed away. Please keep these families in your prayers.

I confess...

One year ago today, the Mister and I had to let our sweet girl, Gracie Mae, go. We're going to try to head out to his father's property where we buried her to spend some time with her.

I confess...

I didn't even notice that it was Friday the Thirteenth until a few minutes ago. I guess I'm not superstitious, but I'd love to know if you have any good Friday 13th stories.

Now worries about Friday the 13th. Technically, Bruiser was due on a Friday the 13th, but he wanted to appear earlier than that, so we dodged that one.

Sorry to hear about the fire. So sad, and extra-scary when it's so close to home. I'll keep those people in my prayers!

Enjoy your weekend :)

Still sorry for your pup, it's nice you get to go out and spend time there though.

So grateful it's Friday too!

I didn't notice that it was friday the 13th until someone mentioned it. And the sad part of this is I had written the date down several times before this. Don't you love it when you do things like that?

I thought about you when I saw that fire in the news. I wasn't sure where exactly you lived/worked. I'm glad you and your business are OK! How scary.

People losing their furry family members always makes me tear up. My Mom always wanted another dog but my Dad was not thrilled. She died a year ago in Aug. Her birthday was Dec 20. She got the royal pup that day.. I was so sad, but I was so happy if I had to lose tink, Mom got her for her birthday.

Fire scares me to death! That is all so sad.

Sorry about the dog loss too. Cannot imagine what it will be like when I have to let Penny go :(
