Good morning, lovelies!

Confession is good for the soul, so grab the button and let it all out. You'll feel better when you're finished.

I confess...

Between getting back from Michigan and the holiday yesterday, this week has been kind of crazy, and I don't feel like I've gotten much accomplished at work. Thus, I will be putting a full day in today at the office, which is a shame because it's the first day in weeks that the sun has been shining.

I confess...

We had a great holiday with family, and of course ate too much. First we had lunch with the Mister's mom's side of the family, and then we got on the road to cookout with my family. I got to see my sweet nephew, baby TJ. He is getting so big and is such a happy boy.

I confess...

I'd be just fine with not taking another road trip any time soon. The ride home from Michigan was soooo long. But I did stop in Virginia at the scenic overlook to take some photos at sunset.

I confess...

Despite that I had a really good time at the wedding. My cousin was a gorgeous bride.

I confess...

The Mister and I have decided to start this savings project - what an easy way to put some money aside. Anyone else want to join us in saving over $1300 over the course of a year?

I love road trips, but they are definitely exhausting! It's always so nice to be home and sleep in your own bed ha ha. Glad you had a good time though, and the scenic pictures are gorgeous!
Hope you had a wonderful 4th of July!
